I took possession of the guestroom of the beach cottage (the downstairs pictured above) on 8/19/2010, and was evicted on 4/30/2015. So I rented the guestroom for 4 years and 8 months. Ari came and spent her spring break at the beach house, and invited Katherine Chung and I to go to several museums and the San Francisco Ballet. We went to:

Final Sad NOTE: on the day of 4/30/2015 the landlord took back the guest room (evicting me) so there will be no more guests. Below are some pictures of the empty cleaned out guest room:
